Junior Office Administrator

Responsibilities:
- Offer support to the administrative team
- Brokers and Sales Representatives.
- Successfully manage commission statement queries.
- Administer new business.
- Record keeping and escalating of broker and Sales Reps client queries.
- Support Sales Manager with quarterly meetings.
- Update daily production statistics.
- Draft weekly car usage statistics.
Must be:
- Meticulous and accurate in all tasks.
- Must have knowledge of CRM systems.
- Be always responsible.
- Must be proficient in all Microsoft Office systems.
- Financial systems such as SAP and Sage.
Must have:
- Valid certificate and completed Matric.
- RE 1 (Key individual) an added advantage.
- No less than 2 years' Client services / Broker Support administration experience in the shortterm industry / brokerage.
- Valid DOFA.
- Clear ITC and criminal record.
Requirements:
- Have your
OWN CAR Essential. - Very well groomed, young and dynamic, must be able to work late hours.
- Preferably reside in the East Pretoria and surrounds.
Salary:
R8, R10,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Pretoria, Gauteng: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
