We are currently looking for a driven
Marketing Graduate**.

You will initiate, plan and achieve Haleon Consumer Healthcare's ambition of becoming one of the most innovative, best performing and trusted Consumer Healthcare Companies in South and Southern Africa.


You will work with the Group Marketing Manager to plan, direct and co-ordinate strategic and marketing activities of their respective brands, in order to achieve consumption growth, sales, profit and marketing objectives.


What will your individual contribution at Haleon be?

  • Support in developing strategies that will deliver the 3year consumption, sales, profit and marketing objectives for the category
  • Analyse past performance, economic variables etc, against the backdrop of worldwide portfolio, growth and profit objectives, in collaboration with Area/Category Teams
  • Embed continuous learning from successes and failures
  • Initiate and coordinate progress on all projects
  • Adapt or to accommodate deviations or changes in market conditions by devising and implementing new action plans, to ensure the brands retain their competitive advantage
  • Work within budget parameters
  • Gain indepth knowledge of products and understand and abide by Haleon policies and procedures

Education:
A completed commercial university degree (BCom preferred).

Language:
Written and spoken fluency in English and any other South African language.

Advantageous skills

  • 12 years Sales/Marketing experience
  • Good understanding of the complex economic and sociopolitical environment in SA to successfully formulate strategies within these constraints
  • Sound technical knowledge of brand building, advertising, media and marketing research disciplines.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
