The primary objective of this role is to examine how the assigned area of expertise can generate added value for support customers while capturing and earning revenue from that value. This role encompasses the observation, analysis, and improvement of current operations to elevate the overall quality and profitability within the specified domain. Additionally, it entails the establishment and promotion of accelerators, along with proactive management of tasks to ensure preparedness for future demands and the maintenance of a robust pipeline.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

Improve current operations to enhance overall quality and profitability within the designated domain. Utilize performance data to establish benchmarks and goals for the domain. Create transparent lines of communication among specialized consultants within the domain. Establish and promote accelerators. Proactive managing tasks to ensure readiness for future demands and to maintain a strong pipeline. Interpret partner roadmaps and identify synergies between partners and the specific domain. Analyze and align with market trends relevant to the domain. Cultivate customer relationships to gather insights and enhance services. Assist with major incident resolution and problem management within the designated domain Facilitate Chapter meetings and drive collaboration across domains.

Academic Qualifications and Certifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Information Technology or Computer Science or related SAP Analytics certification is mandatory Certification in one functional area of application Must have completed full life-cycle implementations In-depth knowledge of MS Office (or similar) such as SharePoint, Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Projects ITIL Knowledge beneficial

Required Experience:

Previous background in BO, BI, BW4Hana, DW and SAC (Mandatory)
