The **Junior Maintenance Manager** will play a key role in overseeing the maintenance operations of the company. You will work closely with the **Maintenance Manager** and other team members to ensure efficient and effective functioning of equipment, machinery, and facilities. **Responsibilities** include implementing maintenance strategies, coordinating with external suppliers and contractors, conducting inspections, and assisting in managing the maintenance team.

Responsibilities
  • Assist the **Maintenance Manager** in overseeing the maintenance department and ensuring smooth operations.
  • Implement maintenance strategies to optimize equipment performance and minimize downtime.
  • Coordinate with external suppliers and contractors for repair and maintenance services.
  • Conduct regular inspections to identify maintenance needs and prioritize repairs.
  • Assist in managing the maintenance team, including scheduling and assigning tasks.
  • Collaborate with other departments to optimize production processes.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in maintenance management or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of maintenance processes and equipment.
  • **Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills**.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in **Microsoft Office applications**.
