Role Description:
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Junior Manager at Selva Café & Co in Harfield Village. The Junior Manager will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, maintaining a positive work environment, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

As a Junior Manager, you will also serve as a brand ambassador, representing Selva Café & Co's values and commitment to quality service.


Starting Salary:
R7000/month with the potential to earn more depending on store performance.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Computer Literate
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to manage a group of people
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Must have own transport

Qualifications:

  • Strong leadership skills and ability to manage a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Experience in the food and beverage industry is a plus

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Opening and closing the store, including cashup procedures
  • Ensuring correct and effective stock levels with very strict stock control
  • Managing the work team, including developing and monitoring weekly schedules
  • Monitoring performance against set daily/weekly/monthly targets
  • Performing daily compliance checks regarding Health & Safety, Repairs & Maintenance
  • Representing the Selva Café & Co brand by embodying its values and delivering exceptional customer service
  • Engaging with customers to build relationships and enhance their experience at the café
  • Promoting Selva Café & Co products and special offers to drive sales and customer loyalty
