Plantify is hiring for a new position of store lead.

This full-time position will be based at our Roodehek Street Motherstore and will oversee the daily sales, communications and inventory aspects of the business.

Aspects that previously have been under the oversight of various other Plantify team members are now consolidated into this role.

Plantify has two stores now, and is deepening into new product categories. More inventory moves, new products are stocked regularly. And more fans are reaching out or visiting us daily. There's an increase in the flow of goods and information.

The store lead manages all of these (and other) moving parts on a daily basis, which gives rise to an exceptional client experience every time.


These are the daily tasks that the store lead will tackle:
Look and feel in-store - along with our in-store assistant, you'll create a great vibe.
Inventory management - you'll ensure that our inventory is accurate across our various locations. And manage some supplier accounts for incoming stock.
Overseeing logístical aspects - you'll liaise with clients, suppliers and our dispatch lead on any logístical arrangements.
Minor admin-related tasks - such as ordering supplies, and headline reporting.
These tasks are supported by our store assistant, dispatch lead and managing director.
