Small Grants Manager, 15 Month Contract, East London

We are seeking a Small Grants Manager for a 15-month fixed term contract role based in East London, Eastern Cape.

Applicants are required to meet the following criteria:

  • Honors Degree in management, business administration, social science, public health or related
  • Proven working ability to communicate and interact with high level officials from government agencies, NGO's, international development organizations and private sector
  • Previous grant management industry experience ideal
  • Valid SA driver's license

The successful applicant would be responsible for, but not limited to**:

  • Program management & coordination
  • oversee and provide technical guidance and development of workplans; monitor expenditure; facilitate team meetings
  • Tracking program performance and reporting monitor performance on program indicators and targets; product reports


 Networking and presentation
  • Liaise with donors; network and build strategic alliances
  • HR Management induction, orientation and training as required
