Responsibilities:

Administrative Support:
Provide general administrative support to real estate agents and management.
Maintain and organize files, documents, and records.

Lead Generation:
Conduct market research to identify potential leads and opportunities.
Collaborate with the sales team to develop lead generation strategies.
Utilize various platforms and tools to generate and track leads.

Cold Calling:
Initiate and conduct outbound calls to prospective clients.
Effectively communicate our services and offerings to potential leads.
Schedule appointments and follow up on leads to nurture relationships.

Database Management:
Update and maintain the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
Ensure accurate and timely entry of client information and interactions.

Communication and Coordination:
Facilitate communication between clients, agents, and other stakeholders.
Coordinate appointments, meetings, and property showings.

Documentation:
Assist in the preparation of contracts, agreements, and other real estate documents.
Ensure all paperwork is complete and in compliance with regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant in the real estate industry.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficient in using CRM systems and other real estate software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Previous experience in lead generation and cold calling is a plus.

Salary:
R6,000.00 per month
