  • Grade B PSIRA accredited.
  • Minimum of 5 years in security industry.
  • No criminal record.
  • Willing to undergo criminal checks and polygraph tests regularly.
  • Must be physically fit and in good health not afraid of heights.
  • Computer literate an advantage.
  • Must have escorting experience (Compulsory).
  • First Aid Level 3 an advantage.
  • Fire Fighting an advantage.
  • Advance driving an advantage.


 Firearm Competency
  • Handgun, Rifle, Shotgun for Business Purposes (Compulsory).
  • Minimum of 5 years driver's licence.
  • Proof of Criminal check not older than 3 months.
  • Proof of Identity check not older than 3 months.


Escort high value cargo/staff during transit via established routes to destination by driving behind and or in front of IT as per SOP.

Responsible for the protection of high-value cargo/staff in transit.

Proactively decrease the risk of any high jacking by screening the area and looking for potential threats.

Drive escorting vehicle according to traffic rules and South African laws.

Anticipate possible threats while high-value goods/staff in transit and react to threats without posing a risk to the public.


Monitor surroundings and respond in line with the Standard Operating Procedures and all governing laws when confronted with a situation.

Maintain proficiency in the use of all assigned protective equipment and firearms.

Monitor and report activities and incidents to management as per Standard Operating Procedures.

Reporting of incidents and completing all administrative requirements as per company procedures.
