- Maintaining stock control
- Raw Materials - Manage Stock Controller
- Work In Progress - Sign off Batch Cards when required.
- Finished Goods - Manage Stock Controller
- Supplier Consignment Stock - Manage Stock Controller
- Customer Consignment Stock - Manage the Dispatch of stock to consignment stock customers and ensure that stock counts are received from sales reps for month/year end stock counts.
- Offsite Finished Goods - Various storage sites (Stores)
- Offsite Raw Materials _ (Bulk Stock/Imports) Various storage sites (Stores)
- Monitoring and reporting on stock yield variances - allocating costs monthly
- Stock Delivery Management - To various customers
- Managing Interbranch Deliveries - to various branches
- Overseeing stock requirements/balances at various branches
- Overseeing labelling and packaging of product onto palletts
- Managing stock housekeeping and storage
- Managing Raw Material issued for batch cards (Raw Material Warehouse)
- Packing and sealing of containers for Exports
- Unpacking and warehousing of stock for Imports
- Managing daily stock count to a certain procurement requirement
- Managing Monthly Stock Take
- Completion of monthly stock reconciliation
- Obtaining sign off on monthly stock count variances
- **Fleet Maintenance**
- Business Delivery Vehicle
- TCM Forklift
- Criterion Forklift
- Hire of Machinery and Equipment when necessary
- Maintenance of Drivers Hazchem Licence
- Maintenance of Drivers PDP Licence when necessary
- Maintenance Of Forklift operator’s driver’s licence
- Updating of COF and COR for company delivery vehicle annually or as required
- **Maintenance of Buildings, Plant and Equipment**
- Regular maintenance of Machinery
- Planned Maintenance and certification of Underground Tanks x 4 with Tanked Petro Chemicals
- Monthly scale calibration of factory scale before the 1st day of the month with East Coast Scales
- Maintenance of factory building, toilets, canteens, shower areas, roof, and window cleaning, 2 x generator testing and maintenance, 2 x JoJo Tank Maintenance, ALL Building maintained; Storage areas, Housekeeping, painting, repairs, waterproofing, elimination of dampness in technical lab, exterior yard housekeeping, grass to be cut, weekly a regular landscaping arranged per requirements from management. Compressor maintained (outside technical lab)
- Dealing with ALL security and access controls as well outsourced security guard and hour armed response security companies, management of CCTV and alarm systems
- Maintaining plumbing, Electrical, replacing of globes, wirings, managing Distribution Board.
- Housekeeping of yard - Arranging cash drum sales with Anchor Drums and handing over cash to finance.
- PROVIDING; Signed Quotations, Delivery Notes and Job Cards and or other supporting documents for Accounts to tie up with Invoices. (Quotations must be approved prior to work instruction)

- Procurement of ALL:

- Packaging Materials - Local and Exports
- Tape by colour per customer requirements
- Shink wrap
- Pallets (Including custom size, Hazardous certified pallets, etc)
- Strapping for Exports
- Other specialised packaging for Exports
- Cleaning Materials for Factory and Admin
- Rags
- PPE + Safety Gear for ALL staff
- Uniform maintenance with First Garment Rental
- Office Plant Rentals & Maintenance
- Auto Flush for Toilet systems
- Set up of sanitizing stations indoors.
- Procurement of Auto towel and Toilet paper
- ALL requisitions and approvals must be submitted and signed off prior to receipt of order.
