In this role, you have the opportunity to

Drive the talent agenda in an exciting and dynamic environment.

You are responsible for

  • Implement and execute our people strategy with HRBP, management and other stakeholders (CoE, PPS).
  • Act as a sparring partner for HRBPs and managers on local implications and solutions for managers and/or employees in employee relations procedures.
  • Work closely with the business to understand and address business issues and supports local organizational capabilities development with HR interventions
  • Manage / support local industrial / labor relations activities.
  • Drive standardization in the execution of HR policies and processes.
  • Support and facilitate the development of managers in people management and manager selfservice.
  • Participate in HRprojects on a cluster / market level.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

  • Have good insights into the operational business context and can support organization design / capability development
  • Have good relationship and communication skills with the demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders on HR decisions
  • Support management team on important strategic HR topics
  • Provide professional HR support on all operational HR issues
  • Can take on a facilitating role in the change program(s) and/or supporting role in managing industrial relations
  • Minimally a Bachelor's degree in a related field (such as human resources or Industrial Psychology)
  • Relevant working experience in dealing with operational HR matters within a business context
  • Experience in operational implementation of the HR strategy through daytoday execution of HR activities
  • Experience in delivery of core HR services through endtoend framework
  • Practice in making business decisions that align with organizational goals
  • Experience in planning, coordinating, executing, and evaluating projects
