The company is situated in Stellenbosch

Key Responsibilities:

  • General Administrative duties
  • Scheduling meetings
  • Taking Minutes
  • Switchboard and reception
  • Greeting of clients
  • Managing / assisting with rental agents admin
  • Arrange meetings and manage diaries
  • Office supply management
  • Adhoc admin duties

Requirement:

  • At least 8 years experience in an administrative
  • Excellent computer literacy (MS Word & Excel)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English & Afrikaans)
  • Must be able to cope under pressure and have excellent problem solving skills
  • Must have a valid driver's license with own reliable transport

Salary:
R10k - R15k p/month, negotiable based on qualification and experience

Start Date:
ASAP.

Salary:
R10, R15,000.00 per month
