Secretariat Assistant(Legal and Admin)

- Drafting minutes and Board reports.
- Compilation of meeting packs.
- Maintaining registers and records.
- Assisting in the preparation and monitoring of the budgets.
- Provision of general administrative support to the Board Secretary.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Be in possession of a National Diploma in Admin / Secretarial / Office Management.
- A CIS qualification will be an advantage.
- At least 3 years of experience in a Board support role
- Proven experience in drafting minutes and reports.
- Must be willing to travel occasionally.
- Conflict management.
- Be able to maintain confidentiality (high level).
- Planning and organising skills.
- Computer literacy.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail skills.
