Atlassian Administrator

• Minimum Qualification Required
• Grade 12 Senior Certificate
• Atlassian Certified Associate will be advantageous
• Minimum Experience 5+ years of relevant job experience in an enterprise environment using Confluence, Jira Service Management, Jira Software, Crucible, Bamboo and Bitbucket cloudbased products.
• 5+ Years if IT Support/Administration experience in an enterprise environment
• Must have experience with corporate infrastructure automation.
• Must be proficient in at least one or more scripting languages and experience with APIs and webhooks.
• Must have a broad understanding of agile software development practices.
• Must be proficient in both verbal and written communication in English.
• Must be proficient in extracting information from the Atlassian suite, and creating reports/dashboards that can be used to monitor and evaluate team performance.
• Deliverables include, but will not be limited to
• Management of Atlassian tools on a daytoday basis, including such tasks as user administration, access and permissions, workflow and space development, and general administrative tasks required by core users.
• Work with business users to evaluate JIRA and Confluence plugins, determine licensing needs, and perform testing, installation, and configuration of the plugins.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and perform all required efforts to design, build, and implement effective, scalable, and adaptable solutions to advance the business.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and to design and implement Jira Service Management across different departments within the business.
• Integrate Atlassian tools with other systems, eg GIT, CI/CD Pipelines etc.
• Automate repetitive tasks using scripting in the Atlassian environment.
• Assist users with Atlassian tool usage and provide training as required.
