KEY REQUIREMENTS TO MEET FOR CONSIDERATION
- You must be able to work independently and accurately keep records and be proactive in your approach to ensuring the profitability of the company.
- You must have a minimum of matric with at least 3 years minimum in Sales experience, as well as lubrication product knowledge as an essential
- You must have a knowledge of business operations and company policy and procedures.
- You must be able to achieve Division sales budget, understand the difference between Margin and Markup, and you will be the communication and link role with drivers, store staff, counter sales, storeman, filing clerk, credit controller, external and internal sales
- You must have effective and efficient customer contact extracting the needs of the customer, whilst also making accurate legible written notes of the customer, their needs, and the time frame requirements of each enquiry.
- You will create a stimulating environment which makes the company the preferred supplier to customers, and ensure total participation and create synergy between diverse customer views and intentions, all while staying within communicated time frames and provide accurate information timeously.
- You will maintain a good relationship with customers, communicate requirements to Manager and Product Divisions, and be proactive with stock planning alongside the Manager and Product Divisions
- You will develop selling skills to maximize sales opportunities and achieve goals, create selling opportunities and overcoming objections, and be adept at closing the sale
- You must be able to expedite orders to local suppliers, and carry out various admin functions as allocated by the Branch Manager
- You must have a valid driver's licence, own car and a clear criminal and credit record
