Concentrix is expanding and we're looking for someone highly responsible with high moral integrity and ethics to join our Claremont team as a Payroll Supervisor.

In this role, you will work collaboratively with the Payroll Manager and Payroll Team to achieve the required business outcomes, efficiently managing the day to day processing of payroll and ensuring legal requirements are adhered to.


What you will do in this role:
As a Payroll Supervisor on our team, you will:

  • Continually monitor payroll for all sites in SA and strive to improve and enhance the efficiency and controls of the department
  • Be responsible for effective control checks to ensure accurate payroll processing
  • Be responsible for the production and analysis of monthly reporting
  • Ensure third party payments are processed accurately and on time
  • Provide Finance with the relevant Reports and Payroll Journals.
  • Be responsible for the reconciliation of all Payroll Control accounts
  • Effectively manage the Medical Aid process
  • Coach and support the payroll team in their daily activities
  • Be responsible for the efficient and timely completion of the payroll tax year end process
  • Work collaboratively with key stakeholders and build rapport through consistent, confident and open communication style

Your qualifications

  • A matric certificate
  • Extensive or expert knowledge of payroll system
  • Have a minimum of 3 years Payroll Supervision experience in a complex environment
  • Extensive knowledge of payroll, employee benefits; complex fringe benefits
  • Excellent Knowledge of Payroll Accounting
  • Excellent knowledge of Payroll Legislation
  • Ability to work to and meet multiple and tight deadlines and to achieve great results under pressure.
  • Excellent communication skills and a strong ability to liaise and build relationships at all levels of the organisation
  • Resilient, independent and selfmotivated individual

It will be a plus if you:

  • Have relevant/ related tertiary education
  • Have Project Management/Customer service experience
