Job DescriptionTo mitigate, detect and prevent fraud in order to minimise losses related to criminal activitiesAdhere to allocated budgets and timely submission of required financial documentsMinimise losses due to negligence and other fraudulent activitiesProvide FRM information timeously when requested, and utilise FRM resources where required to extract relevant informationEnsure that the organisation's positions are achieved on key related issues by ensuring relevant stakeholders are kept up to date on relevant industry issues, at all times, to make correct decisionsCultivate and manage objective working relationships with a variety of stakeholders, including end-users, SMEs, project managers and senior staff membersDeliver exceptional service that exceeds customer's expectations through proactive, innovative and appropriate solutionsComply with governance in terms of legislative and audit requirementsAnalyse fraud cases and propose ongoing control enhancementsManage high number of cases that result in convictions and ensure well investigated cases and comprehensive docketsPrioritise and focuses on cases that are likely to yield results by ensuring team links different cases together and uses tools and processes to full advantage to track down fraudstersCollect, process, analyse, and preserve evidence in criminal casesKeep track of the progress made in investigations by providing accurate input to the monthly CEO report and keeps key stakeholder in the loop with respect to the progress in key investigations and effectively keeps track of arrests and convictionsExtract and analyse metadataWrite scripts and analyse data from TeradataBuild and maintain professional working relationships with all stakeholders displaying excellent abilities to initiate dialogue listen advise influence and negotiate to achieve win win outcomesInitiate meetings with key stakeholders to track progress manage expectations and ensure stakeholders requirements are deliveredPreserve relationships despite airing conflicting views and seeks mutual gains when addressing conflictsAnticipate consequences and adapts problem solving based on continual feedbackAct speedily to resolve problems queries and complaintsAdapt communication styles to meet the needs of different audiences Job Details Application Closing Date
