  • Work within, influence and execute the corporate strategy.
  • Develop deep relationships and outstanding collaborations with our partners from tasting room staff to management levels.
  • Develop new wineries, tour operators and travel agents in our networks.
  • Develop customized onboarding plans for new members to effect success.
  • Provide client development activities, sales staff training, inventory reporting, incentive communications, etc.
  • Meet predefined sales and growth targets monthly, quarterly and annually.
  • Provide projections & insight on member product demand, prospective members and on executional recommendations.
  • Report on operational issues that may affect successful implementation and operationalization of services.
  • Working closely with Operations, Technical and Marketing to ensure that a high standard of service is maintained.
  • Update daily/weekly and monthly reports.
  • Identify gaps and find solution while ensuring it gets implemented.

Qualifications:

  • 3year Tertiary qualification will be to your advantage
  • 35 years Relevant experience with demonstrable track record of achieving or exceeding targets in an IT or marketing industry
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Afrikaans.
  • Selfmotivated and goal orientated, with high personal energy levels.
  • Ability to establish relationships at all levels of organisations
  • Ability to influence & achieve results through people.
  • Able to work independently with mínimal supervision.
  • Wine industry knowledge advantageous.
  • Comfortable with technology based business solutions, systems and processes
