Position Summary:

The Tax Administrator's main purpose will be to support the Tax Manager by performing the duties as listed below.

  • Duties visits to SARS for registrations and general SARS queries.
  • Preparation of VAT / Income Tax Registrations.
  • Handle SARS queries on behalf of clients Efiling registrations.
  • Tax Clearances Customs Applications PBO Registrations.
  • General SARS Administration as needed.

Minimum Requirements

  • At least 1 year experience in a similar position.
  • Drivers' license and own vehicle.


To be considered, you need to have successfully completed grade 12, while a post-matric qualification (relevant certificate or diploma) would be an added advantage.


To be able to deliver on the above responsibilities, you should have a high level of communicative and interpersonal skills, analytical, innovative problem-solving and time-managing skills.

You must be able to deliver at tight time limits and deadlines by being organised and structured.

Furthermore, be computer literate, have typing skills and be able to learn new computer programmes quickly. A good working knowledge of Excel would be an added advantage.

Compensation Package offered will be market related but based on skillset and relevant years' experience.
