SALES KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER (Coffee Sector) - CAPE TOWN - R30000

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and nurture key accounts within the coffee sector, including distributors, cafes, restaurants, hotels, and retailers.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to grow sales revenue and market share within assigned accounts.
  • Build strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and requirements to deliver exceptional service and support.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (such as marketing, operations, and supply chain) to ensure seamless delivery of products and services to customers.
  • Identify new business opportunities and partnerships within the coffee industry to expand market presence.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to adapt sales strategies and maximize growth opportunities.
  • Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to management.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Key Accounts Manager or Sales Manager within the coffee or related industry.
  • Strong understanding of the coffee market, including trends, consumer preferences, and industry dynamics.
  • Excellent relationshipbuilding and communication skills, with the ability to negotiate and influence key stakeholders.
  • Goaloriented mindset with a track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
