Position Summary: We are seeking a dynamic Store/Retail/Counter Manager to lead, coach, and develop our Sales Associates team to achieve sales, customer service, and operational targets in a fast-paced retail setting.

This role allows you to act as the Chief Executive Officer of your store, with total accountability for creating and executing a business plan to attract and retain customers through strategic targeting, in-store events, customer relationship management, and leading a high-performing team.

Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in retail management/assistant retail management, ideally in cosmetics
  • Ability to deliver inspirational, authentic customer service
  • Previous experience in business planning, setting sales targets, sales analysis, and staff scheduling
  • Experience in retail operations, including inventory management and cash handling
  • Demonstrated success in leading a team to achieve sales targets
  • Experience in organizing and executing in-store events
  • Flexibility to work varying hours including weekends and special events
  • Familiarity with retail point-of-sale software
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and eligibility to work in the country
