As a Transition Project Manager, you will be responsible for identifying, implementing, delivering and handing over complex business transition projects and programmes that deliver significant, tangible business results.

You will also manage programmes with multiple work streams and provide feedback reports to senior stakeholders and clients.

If you were already in this Transition Project Manager role, here are some areas you would have been working in this week:

  • Delivering transition projects in line with the agreed scope, objectives and timelines
  • Producing and maintaining detailed project plans, including activity plans and project timelines
  • Identifying Operational improvements and translating the improvement opportunities into projects and programmes.


To be considered for this Project Manager role, a Project Management qualification such as Prince 2, PMBok or PMI would be beneficial.


You will also require the following:

  • 12 months BPO/fastpaced environment experience as a Project Manager
  • A tertiary qualification in a related field
  • Working experience leading a minimum of 2 transitions of new business or increased existing business
  • Experience as a Transition Project Manager managing programmes with multiple work streams.
