  • Perform a followup inspection and document the improvement or further interventions required.

  • Assist in new job profiles.
  • Assist in determining the optimal employee structure, job profiles, and staff compliments.
  • Oversee incubation training programs per job description.
  • Ensure the incubation program is continuously improved to include all relevant training requirements of products, systems, processes, and compliance.
  • Liaise with the finance department to obtain relevant training material on systems, processes, and compliance.
  • Monthly reporting on completed training and budget utilisation to the Managing Director and Finance Director.
  • Ensure costeffective measures are implemented to complete training.
  • Perform Branch inspections and gap analysis on training concerns in the branches.
  • Develop and implement a branchspecific practical training schedule based on the gap analysis.
  • Communicate the expected corrective measures with the branch manager and relevant employees.
  • Complete the practical training and sign off on the corrective measures implemented.
  • Perform a followup inspection and document the improvement or further interventions required.
  • Ensure all interventions are implemented and completed.
  • Budget for the training program per year.
  • Report progress against budget.
  • Determine the training program for the financial year and include all aspects of training including compliance, compulsory training, new employment training, refresher courses, succession planning training, executive training, bursaries, etc.
  • Liaise with the Human Resources department and ensure all training is recorded on the LMS system.
  • Report monthly on training.
