The cornerstone of our trading operations is our over-the-counter (OTC) desk, which stands as one of the largest for crypto trading in South Africa.
Prospecting and Lead Generation:
- Identify potential clients and key decisionmakers through market research.
Client Engagement:
- Conduct introductory meetings and presentations to potential clients.
- Understand client needs and tailor product or service offerings to meet those needs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster longterm partnerships.
Sales Strategy and Planning:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Collaborate with the marketing and software team to create compelling proposals and presentations.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
Pipeline Management:
- Maintain accurate and uptodate records of sales activities in the CRM system.
- Monitor and manage the sales pipeline to ensure timely progression of opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience of +5 years in sales, business development or related role in the financial/crypto space.
- Strong understanding of the financial/crypto space and the market dynamics.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Goaloriented and selfmotivated with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
