Incident Manager to become part of their dynamic team.

This individual will be tasked with assessing complex situations and coordinating the resolution of major IT incidents, ultimately minimizing downtime and ensuring the smooth operation of their technology platforms.


  • Steer the recovery of all P1/P2 incidents, ensuring key stakeholders are kept in the loop.
  • Manage incidents proactively to ensure minimum business impact and swift resolution.
  • Conduct thorough postmortems for all major incidents.
  • Continuously enhance the Major Incident Management Process.
  • Represent the department in weekly report back meetings with clients and internal teams.
  • Produce regular incident reports, daily, weekly, and monthly as required.
  • Serve on the Change Approval Board and approve Emergency Changes.
  • Review and suggest improvements for the company's Incident Management process.
  • Assist the Service Desk Team Leader with escalations as required.
  • An IT related Degree or Diploma and/or a minimum of 3 years relevant IT experience.
  • ITIL Foundation and/or Incident Management Practitioners Certifications (Recommended).
  • A proven track record of experience in the ITIL disciplines.
  • Experience working with multiple Service Providers and Technologies.
  • An excellent understanding of ITIL and ITIL Governance.
  • Knowledge of one or more of the Clients' Business and Systems will be a significant advantage.
