Position Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field. Postgraduation qualification a plus.
  • 12 years human capital experience.
  • Foundational knowledge of HR strategy, talent management, employee engagement and HR compliance
  • Proactive and innovative mindset.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and interact with stakeholders across the board.
  • Good problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities.
  • Resultsoriented with a focus on driving continuous improvement.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office Suite.
  • Good organisational and project management skills.

Responsibilities:

Talent, Learning & Development :contribute to the co-ordination of training initiatives and employee development programmes across the company.

Employee records :Maintain and update human capital records and documentation, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.

Performance Management :Support the HC to implement performance management processes.

  • Support change management efforts, including communication and documentation.
  • Handle general HC administrative duties, including data entry, document management, and scheduling.
  • Assist with compliance tasks related to people policies and employment regulations.
  • Participate in HC projects, offering support and contributing to project tasks as assigned.
  • Provide support in implementing engagement initiatives, including employee surveys, feedback mechanisms, and action plans to enhance employee satisfaction.
