Position Overview:

Position Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field. Postgraduation qualification a plus.
- 12 years human capital experience.
- Foundational knowledge of HR strategy, talent management, employee engagement and HR compliance
- Proactive and innovative mindset.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and interact with stakeholders across the board.
- Good problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities.
- Resultsoriented with a focus on driving continuous improvement.
- Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office Suite.
- Good organisational and project management skills.
Responsibilities:

Talent, Learning & Development :contribute to the co-ordination of training initiatives and employee development programmes across the company.

Employee records :Maintain and update human capital records and documentation, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.

Performance Management :Support the HC to implement performance management processes.
- Support change management efforts, including communication and documentation.
- Handle general HC administrative duties, including data entry, document management, and scheduling.
- Assist with compliance tasks related to people policies and employment regulations.
- Participate in HC projects, offering support and contributing to project tasks as assigned.
- Provide support in implementing engagement initiatives, including employee surveys, feedback mechanisms, and action plans to enhance employee satisfaction.
