  • Requirements:_
  • Advantageous to have passed a Plumbing Trade Test.
  • Supervision and planning of Carpentry, Masonary, Plumbing including sewerage,
painting, roofing and tiling.

  • Must have experience as a Builder and / or Plumber.
  • Supervision and planning of activities for Civil Maintenance and breakdowns.
  • Supervision of Farm irrigation staff and their activities.
  • Ensure optimum time utilization and recording of subordinates.
  • Management of workshop and Civil stores.
  • Carry out modifications and new installation work.
  • Be self motivated and able to work without supervision.
  • Be able to control and motivate the staff to work as a team.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Be prepared to work overtime and perform standby duties.
  • Must be able to produce work of the highest standard/quality.
  • Must be able to interact with production and maintenance teams.
  • Must have a reasonable level of fitness.
  • Must be able to communicate effectively at all levels.
  • Must have a valid driver's license, C1 (Code 10) advantageous.
  • Must comply to safety, health, and environmental requirements in the workplace.
