Service Delivery Manager

We are looking for a dedicated individual to join our team as a Client Account Coordinator at our company.
- To act as the main point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring timely submission of progress reports and contractual documentation. Take full responsibility for monthly service/project reviews and explore opportunities for cross-selling with the account manager
- Participate in regular reviews with the account manager to maintain consistency in the account
- Collaborate with Account Directors to build client teams, manage client accounts, and ensure timely client renewals
- Oversee service level agreements with internal and external customers, monitor service delivery to meet targets and quality standards globally
- Lead various operational processes such as Major Incident Management, Problem Management, and Change Management
- Lead Problem investigations, root cause analysis, report findings to stakeholders, and track corrective actions
- Chair Change Advisory Board meetings, assess impacts and risks, ensure readiness, communicate changes, and obtain necessary approvals
- Manage Major Incident Management processes, coordinate communications, drive resolutions, and work with tech teams for quick solutions
- Implement processes in the Service Desk in collaboration with Technical teams
- Document and enhance processes based on feedback and data, and communicate improvements to relevant teams
- Establish KPIs to evaluate process performance and report on them regularly
- Analyze trends in Incidents, Problems, and Changes to anticipate issues and suggest solutions
