Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a business development plan to achieve sales targets and revenue goals
  • Identify potential clients and establish relationships with them to understand their financial needs
  • Promote the companies financial products and services to potential clients, and provide them with customized solutions to meet their needs
  • Conduct market research to identify opportunities for growth and development
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the company's CRM system
  • Provide exceptional customer service to maintain relationships with existing clients
  • Collaborate with other departments within the organization to ensure that clients receive a seamless experience

Minimum Requirements

  • 12 years experience
  • Bachelors degree or related finance degree would be beneficial
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Self Starter
  • Microsoft Office
  • Excellent IT, analytical and numerical skills
