You are responsible for

  • This role is primarily responsible for collection of government accounts in South Africa
  • To complete assignments using established guidelines, procedures and policies.
  • Ensure directives are followed and exceptional actions taken as a result to
  • Load invoices to customer portal
  • Follow up with government hospitals
  • Provide detailed recon to customers
  • Send out statements and Invoices
  • Following up with customers for outstanding payments
  • Drive resolution of disputes with other business functions
  • Allocate customer payments
  • Basic knowledge of accounting principles preferred.

You are a part of
Carrying out general activities to support the execution of Finance activities.

To succeed in this role, you'll need a customer-first attitude and the following

  • Finance background or any degree equivalent
  • Computer Literacy knowledge such as and not limited to excel and end user programming
  • Excellent Interpersonal skills
  • Good communication skills
  • Team player
