BVNK is on a mission to make banking and payments work for crypto. Digital finance has evolved fast and traditional finance is yet to catch up.

BVNK bridges the gap between fiat and crypto payments so innovative businesses can make crypto their competitive edge, engage new audiences, and unlock new revenue streams.

Using our platform, customers can incorporate crypto into their payment flows and send and receive instant payments in over 150 currencies.


We are a diverse team spread across the UK, Europe, and South Africa, with a shared belief that in the next five years all payment flows will interact with crypto, and BVNK will be at the forefront of this shift.

We recently raised 40m in series A funding, and we're looking for smart, ambitious people to help us build the next generation of payments

About the role:

BVNK is hiring an entrepreneurial individual to drive strategic decision making and increase operational efficiency.

This is a critical role that will report directly to the CEO and play a crucial part in impacting the growth of BVNK.


In this role, you'll act as a strategist, advisor, and decision-maker through involvement with operations, recruiting, and special ad hoc projects.

You'll be responsible for ensuring the entire organisation can scale effectively, and will work directly with the all leadership teams to identify problems and inefficiencies, alongside owning the planning and communication processes that cascade through the team.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and maintain a world class operational delivery intensity and culture
  • Creating a strategic, world class global operational framework to enable rapid execution, improve visibility and align the business around customer needs with measurable outcomes
  • Drive a "customer centric" focus in our goals, strategy, evaluation of success, process design, and everyday habits.
  • A focus on developing flexible operational processes and automation in tools such as Salesforce, Google Sheets, Jira, Confluence, Notion
  • Functional management of operational execs across the business
  • Building a voice of the customer data, dashboards, and qualitative customer input to anticipate future customer needs
  • Embedding the operational framework across the business functions to ensure consistent delivery
  • Managing strategic crossfunctional projects and driving those to completion
  • Supporting enablement of cross functional teams and remove process / unnecessary decision makers
  • Operational team management
  • General management of South African office

We are looking for someone who has:

  • Experience in building and managing large organisational budgets.
