About the position:

Learning Opportunity exist for fixed-term work experience in the field of High-Speed Manufacturing. The incumbents will be based at Kimberly Clark Epping Mill (Cape Town). This Learning program requires on-the-job learning supported by structured or institutional learning.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Incumbent to complete Experiential learning whilst working shifts.
  • Comply with all rules and regulations set by the company.
  • Attend and complete all Theoretical training and assessment as per the learner program.
  • Adhere to the Experiential Learning program whilst working 12hrs shifts.
  • Support operations with ad hoc/outofprogram training tasks if and when required.

As a manufacturing professional, you deliver high value to your team by operating equipment at expected performance levels, and acting as a team player to exceed safety, productivity and quality goals.

  • Grade 12 / Matric
  • Previous working experience within FMCG will be an added advantage.
  • Basic understanding of Manufacturing
  • Safety and Product Quality compliance
  • Academic results above 50% in their final year
  • A Learner who wants to pursue a career within a Supply Chain/Manufacturing/FMCG environment.
  • Committed team player, outspoken, willing to learn, resultsoriented, attention to detail, selfstarter.
