    Our client within the FMCG Industry, requires 2 X Sales Representatives in the Durban area.
  • Achieve maximum sales profitability, growth and account penetration by effectively selling the company's products and/or related services.
  • Personally contacts and secures new business accounts/customers.
  • Promote/sell/secure orders from existing and prospective customers through a relationshipbased approach.
  • Demonstrate company's products and services to existing/potential customers and assists them in selecting those best suited to their needs.
  • Establish, develop and maintain business relationships to generate new business for the organization's products/services.
  • Telesales/Cold Calling and inperson visits and presentations to existing and prospective customers.
  • Keep record of weekly action plans, daily travel log sheet, weekly key clients reports, completing of customers profiles and any documentation requests from office.
  • Research sources for developing prospective customers and for information to determine their potential.
  • Develop clear and effective written proposals/quotations for current and prospective customers.
  • Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints as well as achieve company set monthly target and profit margin.
  • Coordinate sales effort with marketing, sales management, accounting, logistics and technical service groups.
  • Analyse the territory/market's potential and determine the value of existing and prospective customer's value to the organization.
  • Create and manage a customer value plan for existing customers highlighting profile, and value opportunities.
  • Identifie advantages and compare organizations products/services.
  • Planning and organizing personal sales strategies by maximizing the return on time investment for the territory/segment.
  • Supplies management with oral and written reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
  • Reports directly to the Branch Manager.

Must have experience in the industry of fast moving consumer goods service sector. (FMCG Industry).

  • Demonstrate aptitude for problemsolving; ability to determine solutions for customers (consultative sales approach).
  • Must be resultorientated and able to work both independently and within a team environment. '
  • Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Valid driver's license and own transport.
