Job Overview:


As Logistics Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating new business and expanding our client base in the Cape Town area.

You will use your sales skills and knowledge of the logistics industry to identify and pursue new sales opportunities, build and maintain strong relationships with clients, and meet sales targets.


Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the Cape Town area
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to client inquiries and requests
  • Collaborate with other members of the sales team and logistics team to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Attend industry events and conferences to stay uptodate with industry trends and build relationships with potential clients
  • Prepare and present sales proposals and negotiate contracts

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of experience in logistics sales
  • Computer literacy.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Own transport essential
  • Knowledge of the logistics industry and local market in Cape Town
