Stellenbosch, WC region and surrounding areas.

Qualifications:

  • Valid PSIRA Grade A certificate
  • Matric certificate/ Grade 12 Equivalent
  • Security Management certificate / Diploma or a relevant tertiary qualification is advantageous.
  • Valid Driver's License and Own reliable transport, including weekend and afterhour visits and audits
  • COC Preferable (Handgun, Shotgun and Rifle for Business Purposes) Skills

Skills

  • Computer literate and Proficient in Microsoft office (Word/Excel /Outlook/ PowerPoint )
  • Exceptional Management and Customer/ Client relation skills.
  • Plan, direct and coordinate operations on the allocated site
  • Minimum 5 years relevant experience on large estates.
  • Minimum 5 years previous Security Management Experience.
  • Proficient communication in both English and Afrikaans (verbal and written).
  • Report writing, investigation and auditing skills
  • Leadership, pro active and strong client relationship skills
  • Ability to prioritize according to Operational Needs
  • A sound and proven understanding of security technology
  • Ability to meet challenging deadlines
  • Management of Security Service Level Agreements with clients to full compliance
