In this role, you will be responsible for managing contracts and projects, ensuring successful completion within budget and on schedule. You will collaborate with clients, contractors, and internal teams to establish project goals, develop project plans, and oversee project execution.

As a Contracts Manager/Project Manager, you will provide guidance on contract negotiations, risk assessment, and compliance. You will also be responsible for monitoring project progress, resolving any issues or conflicts, and maintaining effective communication with all stakeholders.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage contracts, ensuring adherence to terms and conditions, compliance with applicable regulations, and mitigation of risks/li>
  • Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
  • Oversee project execution, ensuring that deliverables are met within the specified timeframes and quality standards
  • Monitor project progress, identify any issues or conflicts, and implement corrective actions
  • Collaborate with clients, contractors, and internal teams to establish project goals and ensure alignment of objectives
  • Provide guidance and support on contract negotiations, risk assessment, and compliance
  • Maintain effective communication with all stakeholders, ensuring timely and accurate project updates

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Engineering, Construction Management)
  • Proven experience in contracts management and project management
  • Strong knowledge of contract laws and regulations
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple projects and stakeholders
  • Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools
  • PMP or relevant certifications are a plus
  • Willingness to travel as required
