An esteemed property renowned for its exceptional dining and hospitality is seeking a Guest Relations Officer.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for guests, providing a warm welcome and an exceptional level of service throughout their visit.
  • Address and resolve guest inquiries and concerns promptly and with a positive, solutionfocused approach.
  • Manage reservations and seating arrangements to optimize guest satisfaction and restaurant efficiency.
  • Maintain detailed knowledge of menu offerings, special promotions, and restaurant facilities to provide accurate information to guests.
  • Collect and manage guest feedback to identify areas for improvement and commend exceptional service delivery.
  • Coordinate with the restaurant management and kitchen staff to ensure guest needs are met with high standards.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with regular guests, recognizing and rewarding loyalty to encourage repeat business.
  • Assist in planning and executing special events, ensuring a memorable experience for attendees.
  • Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene standards in guest areas.
  • Contribute to the training and development of new staff members in guest service best practices.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a guest service role within a highend hospitality environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact positively with a diverse range of guests.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • A commitment to delivering high levels of customer service and enhancing the guest experience.
  • Fluency in English is mandatory; proficiency in additional languages is highly advantageous.
  • Professional demeanor and impeccable personal presentation.
  • Knowledge of reservation systems and basic administrative tasks.
  • Ability to work flexibly, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required by the restaurant's operating hours.
