Business Development Administrator

Minimum Requirements:

years of experience as an Administrator.

  • Extensive experience in creating documents and spreadsheets, using office software such as MS Word, Excel, Google Sheets, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Advanced typing, notetaking, recordkeeping, and organisational skills.

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Report directly to two Team Managers by performing Secretarial and Administrative duties.
  • Selfmotivated individual able to use initiative and work independently with a desire to be proactive.
  • Typing, formatting, drafting, and editing reports, documents, and presentations etc.
  • Managing internal and external correspondence on behalf of Managers.
  • Liaising with internal departments, answering calls and minute taking etc.
  • Providing realtime scheduling support by booking appointments and preventing conflicts.
  • Always observing best business practices and etiquette
