Job Responsibilities:

  • Acquiring new business through networking, referrals, and active prospecting
  • Presenting insurance products to potential customers
  • Providing policy consultations and closing sales
  • Managing sales administration tasks
  • Expanding and retaining the client base
  • Meeting sales targets and quotas

Reporting to: Sales Manager
Location: Johannesburg + Greater Gauteng
Transportation: Own vehicle and valid license required
Salary Details:
Basic: R per month
On Target Earnings: R per month
Maximum Earnings: No earning cap (Top performers can make up to R in a good month)
Employment Type: Permanent
Immediate Start: Yes

Required Experience:

Minimum 30 FAIS credits required. 2 years of prior external sales experience in short-term insurance industry. Preference for individuals with experience in lead generation through cold-calling and networking. Possessing natural sales abilities is highly valued.

A strong network of middle to upper-income individuals is a must for this role.
