Responsibilities (Including but not limited to):_

Maintenance lead across equipment repair and preventive maintenance services on sophisticated high-speed equipment to ensure continuous operation of machinery and production processes;

Dismantling, assembling, installing and moving of machinery and equipment as required;
-
Observes all safety guidelines, company rules and regulations, and good manufacturing practices in the performance across outputs and deliverables.

Minimum requirements:_

  • Qualified Mechanical Trade either or Fitter or Fitter & Turner (Red Seal Certified 5 Years)
  • At least 5 years' manufacturing maintenance experience
  • Knowledge in Pneumatics/Hydraulics essential and experience with electrical and electronics advantageous
  • Work independently and take initiative is critical
  • Must be willing to learn and share skills with fellow technicians
  • Concise thinking and systematic problem solving ability is essential
  • Physical Demands: Must be physically able to work in restricted spaces to access machinery and equipment components. Must be able to move, lift or carry heavy objects or materials
  • Must be of sober habits
  • Valid Driver's Licence
  • References and criminal clearance essential

Salary:
R20, R35,000.00 per month

Education:

  • Certificate (preferred)

Experience:
