Workshop Foreman Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Workshop Foreman to join our team at Astor Motor Recruitment. As a key member of our workshop, you will be responsible for maintaining high production standards, delivering exceptional customer service, and ensuring first-time fixes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain a high level of technical expertise in motor vehicle repair and maintenance
  • Lead and manage a team of technicians to achieve production targets
  • Ensure accurate reporting and documentation of work completed
  • Develop and implement processes to improve workshop efficiency and productivity
Requirements:
  • Motor Mechanics Certificate
  • Valid Driver's License
  • At least 3 years of experience as a Foreman/Team Leader in a franchised motor dealership
  • Computer literacy
  • Stable work history and reliable references
