  • OpenText Extended ECM Functional Consultant that will have the opportunity to work on various implementation projects with the latest technologies, including OpenText Intelligent Viewer, Intelligent Capture, AI and Analytics integration into SAP S/4HANA, SalesForce, SAP SuccessFactors and others.
  • We are seeking a skilled Technical Consultant with expertise in OpenText Archive Center and Content Server to join our team.
  • The consultant will be responsible for providing technical support to clients, installing and configuring software, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring the software is operating at optimal performance.

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with clients to understand their technical requirements and provide solutions that meet their needs
  • Install, configure, and maintain OpenText Archive Center and Content Server software
  • Troubleshoot and resolve software issues in a timely and efficient manner
  • Conduct system audits and provide recommendations for system optimization
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and user manuals
  • Provide technical training to clients and endusers
  • Keep uptodate with new product features and technologies to maintain expertise in the field
  • Collaborate with other team members to develop and implement best practices

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience working with OpenText Archive Center and Content Server software
  • Strong understanding of system architecture and network infrastructure
  • Experience with SQL Server, Oracle, and Windows Server
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues quickly and effectivel Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Willingness to travel to client sites as needed

Beneficial Skills

  • OpenText certifications in Archive Center and Content Server
  • Experience with other enterprise content management (ECM) systems
  • Familiarity with programming languages such as Java and JavaScript
  • Experience with virtualization technologies such as VMware and Hyper-V
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
