A newly created role is available for a client relationship specialist that will manage their debtors ' financial transactions. Would suit a business banker or relationship manager who has worked within the banking environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Developing and implementing strategies for the Invoice Discounting department
  • Assist with sourcing new Debtor Finance clients to expand the client book.
  • Time Management being able to multitask between the different tasks required in the team.


 Product Knowledge
  • Need to be able to explain the product, pricing, terms, etc. to the customers.


 Process Knowledge
  • Need to understand the process that needs to be followed by the operations team and need to be able to explain this to the customers.
  • Excellent customer service providing timely, attentive, and upbeat service to a customer, and making sure their needs are met in a manner that reflects positively on the business.

Technical/Business Competencies:

  • Strong Communication skills exchange, convey, and express knowledge and ideas.

Qualifications & Experience:

3+ years of work experience in the Business Banking or Finance Industries.

Degree/Diploma - Finance/Accounting

Salary:
R25, R30,000.00 per month
