PURPOSE OF ROLE


This role will predominantly be accountable for ensuring beverage consistency, quality execution and daily operations across a multi-unit operation in the retail / hospitality space while paying careful attention to Customer Service, Hygiene Practices, Labour Relations and Expense Management.


ROLE OUTPUTS

  • Upholding the passion and image of the brand.
  • Building and maintaining the relationship with Foodservices.
  • Provide regular feedback to Senior Management regarding the region.
  • Ensure that Store Managers and their staff within the area of his / her responsibility maintain the beverage quality as per brand standards in addition to being well organised and ensuring that all policies, procedures, and controls are consistently upheld.
  • Responsible for ensuring that all brand initiatives are in place, dealing with the challenges accordingly and professionally to ensure customer delight and loyalty.
  • Serving as a Brand Ambassador for the business

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven track record in terms of maximizing profit in a service centric environment.
  • An awareness of the Catering / Restaurant / Hospitality sector.
  • Competent in the use of IT Systems.
  • High calibre Administration and Planning skills.
  • Own Motor Vehicle and valid Driver's License.
