PURPOSE OF ROLE


This role will predominantly be accountable for ensuring beverage consistency, quality execution and daily operations across a multi-unit operation in the retail / hospitality space while paying careful attention to Customer Service, Hygiene Practices, Labour Relations and Expense Management.


ROLE OUTPUTS

  • Upholding the passion and image of the brand.

  • Serving as a Brand Ambassador for the business

  • Proven track record in terms of maximizing profit in a service centric environment.
  • An awareness of the Catering / Restaurant / Hospitality sector.
  • Competent in the use of IT Systems.
  • High calibre Administration and Planning skills.
  • Own Motor Vehicle and valid Driver's License.
