The primary responsibility of the Commercial Administrator is to enhance the efficiencies of the Commercial Department.

Reporting to the Group Commercial Manager, the Commercial Administrator will ensure that overall department objective of Growing Revenue and Market Share at the lowest cost per acquisition is achieved

REQUIREMENTS

  • A minimum of 1 years experience in hotel reservations or hotel reception
  • Experience with Opera Property Management system is essential
  • Strong attention to detail and problem solving skills required
  • Demonstrated ability to be resourceful
  • Customercentric mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service
