**Responsibilities will include but are limited to: - **- Developing and maintaining, visual merchandising assets for trade customers aligned to brand and creative agency outputs.

  • POS launch assets for in store (tent cards, cubes, shelf defenders, leaflets, headers).
  • Digital assets for online channels (banners, IG posts, mobile app banners).
  • Campaign assets (posters, GWP artwork, packaging for trade limited pack designs).
  • Work with Trade marketing on bespoke visual merchandising concepts for roll out into stores and strong working relationship with our Visual Merchandising agency.
  • Adapt designs based on feedback, incorporating for finalization.
  • Work closely with the creative agency and brand team in translating our brand vision into both trade assets and visual merchandising touch points.
  • Prepare materials for meetings and presentations.
**Requirements:

  • Graduate or up to 1 years of experience in Beauty/FMCG packaging or visual merchandising design
  • Strong design portfolio with a focus on typography, colour, and trends
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)
  • 3D rendering skills are a plus
  • Thrive in a fastpaced startup environment, with the ability to successfully work on multiple assignments while meeting deadlines
  • A selfstarter who is comfortable working autonomously and collaboratively
