Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision makers within the BPO.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for the BPO and manage all accountrelated activities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams at the BPO to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues.
  • Monitor and report on BPO performance and provide regular updates to management.
  • Review and approve monthly BPO invoices ensuring it aligns with the agreement and any performance penalties.
