Job summary:


We are seeking Voice Over Actors for simulations to join our team You will be responsible for delivering simulations to students via a mixed-reality experience.

Using technology including head tracking equipment, gaming-style controllers and voice morphing software, you will take on the role of one or more digital avatars to deliver live scenarios to participants.


You have:

  • The ability to act as a range of diverse characters consistently and repeatedly.
  • The ability to match and maintain distinct, realistic voices.
  • The ability to listen to participants and respond with sincerity, empathy and honesty.
  • Acting experience, preferably portraying a wide range of characters and personalities
  • Experience with inperson or online simulations preferred, but not necessary
  • Experience with, or interest in, gaming technology

-Fluent in French / German / Spanish / Portuguese

To do:

  • Deliver live simulations via Mursion software.
  • Record prescripted simulations for use with other simulation software.
  • Create a safe space within the VR simulated environment for participants to learn and practice soft skills.
  • Participate in simulation design & development workshops with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Deliver live demonstrations of the software and its capabilities to prospective clients.
  • Manage your time, priorities and other commitments to meet the needs of our clients and participants.
