Our company is founded by educators with international teaching and tutoring experience. We offer thorough training based on academic research and the latest in teaching pedagogy.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide oneonone and online tutoring sessions to students in grades 112 in English, Math, and Science
  • Review and prepare material for tutoring sessions
  • Create a supportive and engaging learning environment
  • Encourage students to ask questions and seek help when needed
  • Monitor student progress and adjust tutoring strategies accordingly
  • Communicate with parents/guardians about student progress (if necessary)
  • Attend regular training provided by the company

Requirements:

  • Completed matric or a university student
  • Strong academic record in English, Math, and Science
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work with students of varying ages and skill levels
  • Reliable internet connection and suitable workspace (for online tutoring)
  • Familiarity with digital tools and online platforms (e.g., Zoom, Google Meet)
  • Own transportation allowing traveling for oneonone tutoring.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Matric with a 70% aggregate in Maths, Science or English.
  • Experience working with students from diverse backgrounds.

Work Environment:

  • Oneonone tutoring sessions may take place inperson (locally) or online
  • Flexible scheduling to accommodate students' needs and your own schedule.
