RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Content strategy & creation (Photography and videography, video editing)
  • Daily monitoring and community management of multiple social media accounts
  • Scheduling social media posts accurately and timeously as per the content calendar
  • Send marketing mailers
  • Ads Manager and other social management & platforms
  • Post new properties, campaigns, videos and reels on social media and tag Christie's when needed
  • Tag the agent and area in each social media post and story.
  • Create a social media plan at the beginning of each month.
  • Repost properties from Christie's on Instagram
  • Daily communication management and monitoring of our various social media platforms
  • Provide strategic insights on all social media platforms
  • Put together monthly reports via HubSpot, reporting on activity, results, and trends on mailers and social media platforms
  • Assist with adhoc design projects, including PowerPoint presentations and materials development
  • Manage online customer relationships, and brand reputation, track conversion rates, and lead the development of social media presence. Review new technology and keep the company at the forefront of developments in digital marketing.
  • Add content to the website

REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATION

  • A minimum of 3 years of work experience
  • Proficient in Google Ad, Google Analytics, CRM, Social Media Marketing, Facebook Meta Business Suite, Canva and HubSpot
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with various stakeholders
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to engage with internal and external stakeholders
  • Accurate with high attention to detail, analytical skills, and critical thinking ability to identify potential issues
  • Multitasking ability to manage high volumes of work in a fastpaced work environment
  • Ability to withstand pressure and meet deadlines within a specified timeframe
  • Ability to work independently as well as within multiple teams on to drive projects to completion
